No. ESO Market Partners remain with their existing brokerage and continue running their existing business. Participation remains subject to your brokerage's policies and any required approvals.

Is ESO a real estate brokerage?

ESO is a technology platform and investor marketplace. Market Partners are not transferring their license to ESO and do not hang their license with ESO. Licensed activity continues to be conducted through the agent's own brokerage in accordance with applicable law.

What does the $500 monthly membership include?

The Market Partner seat includes the ESO technology platform, up to ten allocated active investor relationships, investor profiles and buy boxes, marketplace opportunities and deal analysis tools, property assessment assignments, seller opportunities, documented transaction workflows, investor relationship playbooks, training, and support.

Are ten buyers guaranteed to close transactions?

No. ESO does not guarantee transactions or income. ESO's commitment relates to maintaining the agreed number of active investor relationships pursuant to program guidelines.

Question 5

What happens if one of my investors stops buying?

Accepted Answer

If an assigned buyer becomes inactive, leaves the system, becomes unqualified, or is no longer actively pursuing properties in the applicable market, ESO will work to replace the relationship pursuant to the Market Partner program rules.

Question 6

How do assessments work?

Assignment → accept → schedule access → visit the property → capture photos, video, and condition details → upload through the platform → complete the ESO checklist → payment.

How much are assessments?

$30 per successfully completed assessment unless a different rate is specified for a particular assignment.

Market Partners may receive seller opportunities based on geography, availability, performance, and ESO opportunity volume. Seller lead volume is not guaranteed.

Do I need investor experience?

Preferred, but not always required. Motivated agents who understand investment fundamentals can be excellent candidates.

Yes. Every Market Partner participates in a weekly group mentorship session led by a mentor from the ESO team, plus a bi-monthly one-on-one coaching session focused on your market, your investors, and your pipeline. Both are included in the monthly seat.
